Worst service ever - Vodacom Repairs

I went to Vodaworld Midrand on 02May2018 to hand in my daughter's Samsung tablet for repairs. I have an active Vodacom insurance for that handset. The two Vodacom ladies who helped me with my query first wanted to send me back. They apparently could not find the handset on their system. They claimed I need to go back to the store where I had bought it so that the store could retrieve a certain number. When I plainly refuse, then they asked for their colleague's help and the guy helped them to look for the serial number on the handset. It turned out that they both were misreading a 2 as a 3 or vice versa. Eventually I was "helped" and my query captured with the handset booked. I followed up with them with a phone call on 09May2018, that is when I was told the Vodacom Insurance has rejected the claim. The person I spoke to did not have any reasons for the decline and advised to phone Vodacom insurance directly. I called the insurance and I was advised that the declined claim was as a result of the phone number that Vodacom provide the insurance with, which was subsequently wrong. Upon enquiring I discovered that Vodacom repairs provided Vodacom Insurance with my actual cellphone number (the one I listed as a contact number) instead of a number issued with the tablet. The very nice and efficient lady on the Insurance side dealt with the problem and rectified the mess herself, while I was holding on the line. I spent a total of 11 minutes on the phone while she updated the details. On Monday14th May 2018 I received a notification from Vodacom that the handset is ready for collection. I went there on Sunday 20May 2018 to collect, and then I was told of a form that was not available which prevented me from leaving with the handset. I was advised to come back the next day. To which I refused

I told the people helping me to sort their mess and also highlighted the inconvenience that they were causing me. I will not go back to Vodaworld to collect the handset.

Vodaworld must deliver that handset to me at my convenience

I refused to be at a mercy of Vodacom *********** staff members

I want the handset to be delivered to me now. My daughter has been inconvenienced enough as she doesn't have a learning tool at school
