Worst service ever Vodacom

Vodacom Shop Brits Mall and Vodacom very very poor service. Visit the shop at Brits Mall on Sunday to do an upgrade, after being told there is no stock they will only order on the 1st and call me when my phone arrive. Still waiting for that call. Visit shop again today the phone is there but my account shows in arrears after paying more than what is owed on the 2nd. Call center must phone me back during office hours to sort it out as person helping me can see that payment was made but system does not allow the upgrade. Seriously considering going to another service provider.
