WORST SERVICE EVER - RUDE *********** CALL CENTRE

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I have tried to just get a my fiber line activated since mid December. They keep on sending me routers and trying to get a line installed with a company called Open Serve even thought I have told them numerous amount of times that I already heave a VUMATEL line installed. I keep on having to explain the same thing 1000 times and ending up with more problems that solutions. They think of a new challenge every day. Still no activation.
