WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY SUPPLIER

1. We have corporate accounts at Vodacom and MTN. 2. Our Vodacom account has some upgrades due. Unfortunately at Vodacom, we don't have an Accounts Manager but rather have to go through the Customer Services line. 3. August 2017 - first started receiving calls from Shenies Naidoo at Vodacom [Naidoo, Shenies, Vodacom South Africa (External) ********** regarding upgrades. 4. 22/08/2017 - 1st email received from Shenies. 5. Shenies proceeded to call me about 5-10 x day [not exaggerating] everyday regarding the upgrades. 6. The pestering became so bad, my colleagues started asking me why this person was harassing me so much. 7. 06/09/2017 - I ordered 3 new data lines. Order was processed immediately. 8. 08/09/2017 - received the 3 new devices but with no sim cards. 8. 08/09/2017 - called for Shenies and had to leave a message for her. Sent 1 email. No response. 9. 11/09/2017 - after a few calls and 1 email Shenies sent me an email to say sims should be delivered by 13/09/17 latest. 11. 11/06/2017 - spoke to a manager who told me that it isn't Shenies' fault as the warehouse delivers sim cards and they are out of stock. 12. 13/09/2017 - 2 emails + calls - no response to either. Still no sim cards. 13. 14/09/2017 - 2 emails + calls - no response to either. Still no sim cards. 14. 18/09/2017 - after several calls Shenies call me back. She told me the sim cards are on their way. She didn't receive my emails as her emails not working??? At this point I'm beyond frustrated from the lack of communication. I tell Shenies that I am going to buy 3 new sim cards and they must allocate these sim numbers to our 3 new lines. She agrees and says they will reimburse us for the cost of the new sims. I ask her if I can email through the sim numbers - she says yes, as her email is now working???? 15. In the middle of this whole mess, I'm getting flack from management and I'm trying to pacify our resources who are without internet connection on site. 16. 19/09/2017 - I email Shenies the sim numbers and the receipt of purchase. No response from her side to acknowledge anything and no feedback. 17. 19/09/2017, 11h30 - we received the sim cards from Vodacom - 7 days after we receive the devices. 18. 20/09/2017 - 1 email + calls - cannot get a hold of Shenies - I keep getting told that the dept she works in cannot accept calls - i must leave a message and they will get back to me.

19. 21/09/2017 - 4 calls before Shenies calls me back at around 09h30-10h00. I demand to speak to a manager. She tells me the manager is busy. After a mini tantrum, I get transferred to Martin [Martin Ragavalu ********** 20. Martin doesn't ask me what happened or why i'm ranting - he proceeds to tell me that he sent the sim cards through the moment Shenies told him about the problem [which was 2 days ago] and if I acknowledge receiving the sim cards and whats the problem???? He tells me he told Shenies that he would send the sims through so why did we buy our own. I really lose my patience at his arrogant attitude over the phone. He then tells me that I should send through the sim numbers of the sim cards they sent to us and not the ones we purchased. He confirms that they will reimburse us and that he would call me back in 10 min to get the sim numbers - he tells me that he will call me back in 10min.....never did receive that call! 21. Martin also tells me that it will take 48 hours to activate. What exactly was Shenies doing with my email that i sent through on 19/09/2017?????? I still have to wait 48 hours. 22. At 14h20 I call back and ask to speak to Martin - miracle of all miracles - I GET TRANSFERRED TO SHENIES...wow she can accept calls. She tells me Martin will call me back..... 23. 14h30 - Martin calls back, he sends me a test email, i send him the sim numbers. 24. 16h07 - Martin replies to my email to say he is FOLLOWING THE ACTIVATION PROCESS!!!!!

@ Vodacom - what exactly does this mean. I upgrade, I send through paperwork, I buy my own sim, I email info - AND I MUST STILL WAIT 48HRS FOR ACTIVATION.

I wonder if Shenies or Martin will accept this type of service from someone else. They work in a customer centered environment. They know nothing about customer service if my experience is anything to go by.

@ VODACOM - it would do yourselves good to remember that you are nothing without your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
