WORST service ever received at a company. Do NOT waste your time and money

Vodacom is by far the worst telecommunications company I have ever done business with. After years and years of loyal, timeous monthly payments and being an existing customer for many years, I am rewarded with disappointing, unacceptable, far below standard service. They absolutely do not care at all for customers. The consultants have zero interest in assisting customers and resolving issues or satisfying any queries whatsoever. They are misleading and charge your account for mistakes made by company employees. They blatantly refuse to take responsibility for any negligence on their side, which is quite often. I would never refer anyone to this company ever.
