WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED
Pathetic service I have ever received. We have been querying a refund for 6 months now. When we call in they say they will get back to us in 7 working days and the refund will be actioned in 21 working days but still nothing. Not just the pathetic customer services , our data also just goes like that. No SMS to warn us the data is out. Pathetic!!! Can not wait for my contract to expire I will go over to a network that cares for its clients. You are disgusting vodacom
