Worst service ever from Vodacom

After all my complaints in this platform Vodacom does not resolve my problem. They you apologize and promise to resolve the query. Thereafter no one comes back to you and my problem is not yet resolved. I don't k ow if Vodacom is serious about customer service. In my understanding Vodacom is the worst service provider to deal with. All promises and no action. I'm actually wondering when will they decide to resolve my query which was there own mistake. My problem is going on for months and no one can assist. How pathetic is this for service.
