Worst service Ever from VODACOM

Almost a month and my speed drops to 0 all the time. Frogfoot is our server nothing wrong on their side. I've spoken to probably 12 different call centre agents in the last 3 weeks to no avail. They keep on saying it's with the tech team but no one has the decency of calling back. So gatvol with VODACOM I just want to cancel my acc with them.
