Worst service 😒 ever from Vodacom

Worst service 😒 ever. I've been a loyal customer of Vodacom for the past 15+ on contract packaging nogal. I recently decided to settle 2 of my contract packaging due to affordability as I was paying way too much , as we know the rand is low, and we are trying by all means to cut cost where we can. ,Boy did I not regret doing that.i have NEVER in my whole entire life experience the worst service ever 😤 like this, from the cancelation department, to the call center department, I've been taken from pillar to post non stop. Even the billing department doesn't know their story . They keep sending me to the outlet and went to Vodacom Sandton outlet ,still the service was bad, called in the call center and I was helped by some consultant called George and still his service was bad .. Vodacom is really going down the drain. Customer service is something they lack. To this point my query is not resolved, I honestly don't know what to do now , I'm helpless.
