Worst service ever from Vodacom

I have a contract of R799 with vodacom and I took out a second one of contract of R899 with Vodacom in August 2016 which I requested to cancel within 7 days of receiving the phone. They collected the phone a couple of days later. I called them mid September to ensure that the contract had been cancelled. They told me it wasn't because there was no request to cancel it, even though they had fetched the phone from me. I logged a cancellation request and I was told it is going to take 7-14 days to cancel it. End of September they deducted R799 + R1366 (and I was told that R348 was pro rata for August and R119 was an activation fee). I called them again around the 25 September to ensure that it has been cancelled and I was told that it has and then I requested for a refund. October I called in and I was again told to log a new request to cancel and get a refund which is again going to take 7-14 days. End of October I got charged for the R899 contract. In November I got a refund of R1460 and again they charged me for the R899 contract. I requested a further refund and I got R340 back in Dec and I have been struggling to get the rest of the money back so I gave up. End of March they deducted R14 659 off my account and I called in to get that reversed and I was told I need to log a request. I logged the request but got my bank to reverse that debit order. I got a call saying I need to pay R799 by 21 Apr. 21 Apr I called to enquire about the status of my request and I realised that my phone was blocked by vodacom. I paid R799 and demanded that they unlock my phone. I just checked my credit record and it turns out I have been listed by Vodacom for non-payment for April. I called Vodacom and they tell me I need to pay a penalty of R100 for reversing the ridiculous debit order. I regret ever having to go into any sort of contract with Vodacom because they don't keep their end of the contract and I am the one who has to suffer.
