Worst Service EVER from Vodacom

I haven't even signed on to Vodacom and it's already been two weeks of frustration.<br> I originally went into a vodacom store to inquire about a special i saw online. i was told that the special would expire the very next day, so right there and then i managed to pull all my paperwork together and apply. <br> after applying i was told that after being told i can still make it for the special, there is a hold up somewhere and i'd have to wait a few days.<br> After the few days wait i was informed that i have been approved for a new contract. even though i was told the special would expire it was still there when my contract was approved. when i again told the consultant the special i was going for, i was informed that it was an online special and i'd have to buy it online. i was told that my application would be edited.<br> i then when online to buy the phone, but was told that my in store application has not been changed, when i asked again for them to change it, it was simply cancelled. <br> Now it's been two weeks and i still don't have my contract even though i have been approved. <br> I have sent my documents to the online department 6 times, even after i was given the wrong email from a consultant.
