WORST SERVICE EVER!

I have been phoning vodacom since last month and I am really furious with the customer service nobody helps me they transfer me to someone else sometimes the line goes dead then I have to phone back and start all over again. The bank is waiting for me to sort this out as we are trying to buy a house and I want to add the people from the call center is very rude, I'm still speaking and in the middle of sentence they transfer me. Nobody is willing or able to assist me. I don't know if vodacom does not care to train there staff or does the agents just not care.
