Worst Service Ever!!!!!

I took ouy a contract with vodacom online on the 4th of Feb. Today is the 25th and i have still not received the device. After me calling and caling and almost dialing R500 worth of airtime i finally got hold of someone whi told me thr device is out of stock. Then when the device eventually arrived at Vodacom they gave RAM couriers the wrong addresss. After calling and calling once again they promised 3 times that the xorrect address was sent through to RAM it was not done. RAM still did not get the correct address. I am still without my device. This is so pathetic and the most awfull experience i ever had. I will rather in future go to another service provider for better and faster service. Consultant name was Fergus!!!!!!
