Worst service ever experienced !
I have been waiting for 6weeks for a service request to be actioned. More than 50 phone calls later and still no joy. Even managers don't phone back when they promise to do so. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in a country where customer service is not great. Stay away from Vodacom Fibre ! ! !
