Worst Service Ever

Good Day Shameel,

Compliments of the season, wishing you and your family a prosperous year.

I've been a loyal client with vodacom for almost 20years, i started having problems with you service around +/- 5months ago. Vodacom migrated my account without my consent. I received a call from one of your external companies offering me a deal that was too good to be true. I was offered more services for less.

During September, I received a bill that was almost double my monthly installments. I immediately notified vodacom and requested that they reverse all back to my normal bill and not to make any changes, that was sorted for a month and reversed once again to the amounts I never agreed on. I have decided not to pay vodacom until my matter is resolved.

I contacted vodacom direct department on *** and spoke to Goodwill Phetlhu, who promised that he will look into the matter and will revert back to me...still waiting!!! I called again and asked for Goodwill Phetlhu and received a call from Siphesihle Madida.

Siphesihle Madida(Migration Department), assured me that the matter will be sorted, four months later I'm still waiting. Siphesihle in return gave me her superiors email(***), if i need further assistance i must just drop her a mail and will get back to me.

Zaithoon took over the matter and assured all will be sorted and rectified, i'm sitting. I have promo line which I shouldn't be charged for but getting charged for. Zaithoon sent an email to Verona Criselda Soobramoney (***) for further assistance. To date i've been sending follow up emails to both these ladies and don't receive any feedback nor update, they bluntly just ignore your customer.

I've been calling in several times, spoke to Phumelele for assistance to unlock my account as I was forced to pay because this is having a NEGATIVE impact on my business and shows no loyalty to my customers as I cant return calls nor use my phone for internet whatsapp etc.

I called vodacom the whole day yesterday(04/01/2023) and spoke to Phindile Mavuso and asked to speak to her superior, she in return said she will log a call. I asked for the name of her team leader(Nomsundo Gavee) . When I asked for her manager and name, Phindile rep**** I must ask her team leader when she returns my call and HUNG UP.

called again in the afternoon, spoke to Philile and asked to speak to the senior manager, not team leader, spoke to Virashni Govender(Manager) who assured me she will return my call in a few minutes and rectify my account. I'm still waiting for an email and a call from Virashni.

called this morning, spoke to one of your agents in customer care and asked to speak to her superior and spoke to Anele Thuswa and he was looking into my accounts and will revert back to me in 10 minutes. It's now 2hours later and I'm still waiting and the line is still locked.

WHEN ONE SPEAKS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU THE CUSTOMER A FAVOUR AND FORGETTING ITS THEIR JOB TO ASSIST!!!

With our unemployment rate so high I don't know why you have individuals like this employed for you. When others will do anything to be employed

Your urgent assistance and feedback in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Warm Regards,
