Worst Service EVER!
We took a Mercer computer/laptop on contract with Vodacom in December 2020. The computer is now broken - the *****s just came loose and the touch screen does not work anymore. Nobody dropped the laptop! The laptop is less than 6 month old and now when we take it back to Vodacom to assist us they are unwilling! We still need to pay for the laptop for the next year and half and it only worked for 5 months!
