Worst service ever by a network provider - stay away from vodacom

<p>Never thought that vodacom was such bad service provider.</p> <p>came into the store for the fifth time in 3 months . They told me I can do a transfer of owner ship , bring in my documents and they say , the system is down . </p> <p>I said I will wait , as I said this the lady helping me starts working on the computer and then she says , " oh I have never done a transfer of Ownership " , I have never been training on the system so does everyone in the store . </p> <p>She goes thru and makes a few phone calls , and vodacom is guiding her thru the steps , but now she does about 10 calls because this vodacom shop doesn't have any vodacom network .... how pathetic is that ?! </p> <p> </p> <p>Im surprised that the system was never down , was just a lie from them not to do it - lazy people.</p> <p> </p> <p>it has been now 2 hours that I have been standing outside the store because this lady decided to go into the back room " and do the transfer of ownership with her manager " . </p> <p>I want to get rid of this contract ASAP ! </p> <p>I can give the phone back and all that I don't mind . Hating dealing with such a service . </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for for ruining my day which I was supposed to be working ! </p>
