worst service ever
extremely unhappy with vodacom and the way they do business , my wifi was disconnected however vodacom saw fit that i be charged for an entire month . bare in mind this is a month to month contract . i should not be charged if a service is not rendered.

10 Feb 2021, 16:59called in today was on hold for 20minutes as i was told the consultant needs to log onto the old system to help me , after 20 minutes i was hung up on poor pathetic service continues.
