WORST SERVICE EVER

On the 30th Nov-1st Dec I app**** for a new fibre package with Vodacom. My previous ISP was Cell-C. In other words the fibre installation was done. I have to give notice at Cell-C a month in advance which I did. I took out the fibre package with the understanding that it will be activated on the 1st Jan 2021.

Within a week I received my new router and I let Vodacom now by phone on the 30th Dec that my line was deactivated by Cell-C and is unoccupied and I received a SR from Vodacom, SR*** on the same day.

After numerous calls to the call centre from the 1st of Jan w.r.t. the connectivity up to know, the 4th of Jan, 14:35 still no connectivity. I spoke to about 8 different people, just to explain the whole story over and over again and each time that person added something else that the previous one did not mention.

In the meantime I am without the Internet and my people can't work. On Fri. or Sat. I spoke to a consultant, Dadda, consultant no. 5, and he was the first one that asked me the router S/N. I couldn't supply the Vuma box no. but he said its fine he can still escalate the request but the people working with Vuma are on leave and he will fwd to the standby guys, Temba/Richard that will be in on Monday.

Coming Monday 14:35 just to hear that the Vuma people are still on leave and will only be back on Wednesday, 6/1/2021.

IN OTHER WORDS another two days without internet, how pathetic, unprofessional and *********** and that after being a client with Vodacom for nearly 20jrs if not longer.

I expect that my first month will be billed accordingly.
