Worst service ever

I have been trying to get a new phone and app**** like 20 times online and i cannot get any feedback from them. I was called today when the call was just dropped after I requested the agent to hold a sec as I change locations. this is the worst serves ever and would rather use any other , this is so Bad I have been with out a phone for 6 months now and my job depends on it, I might lose my Job because of these useless people.
