Worst Service Ever
I had app**** for a cellphone contract with vodacom and confirmation of the oder being successful was sent on the 10 September.. About 2 weeks passed and I had received the text from RAM to confirm my delivery was on its way. Major issues arrose with RAM as they had told me after 2 days of coming to my work place that I have exceeded my delivery attempts however they only came twice and after me telling them I do not have a job where I can answer my phone they need to go to reception as every other courier company would do.. Anyway phones get sent back to vodacom which I had to chase to find out what's the story and was told again mid October the phones had been returned to vodacom and they would then dispatch out for deliver again.. Bare in mind I app**** for the phones in September and the phones only arrived around the 27th of October.. Happy about my new phone I put the simcard in however states sim not provisioned so I thought since they haven't debited hence why they have not connected the simcard.. The month of November has come to an end and vodacom deside to debit my account of R1032. I'm shocked because I don't understand why I was debited so much and further more I have not used the service.. So I contact vodacom and explain that I have been debited can she kindly explain.. She then informs R580 something would be for connection and the contract, a REJECTED DIRECT DEBIT fee of R188 on the 1st of November which didn't make sense as I had only received the phones on the 27th of October didn't make sense because I had money in my account . I have not used the airtime given as the SIMCARDS were not working.. So when I get the notification about the debit that went off, the agent I spoke to did try and help and said I should go to a vodacom store for assistance. Thinking the matter would be resolved today I go to the vodacom shop in Umhlanga on Zenith drive to resolve the issue. Get to the store and this young lady is working all alone without any help. She then puts the simcard in a phone and the same error shows, she desides to call customer care and was then told by the person on the other line that I would need to do a sim swop and what shocks me the most is that they got the cheek to tell me I must PAY for the sim swop and that's 2 SIMCARDS which in no way was my error however the person on the line said I would have to pay even though the lady helping said how is this the customers fault.. I thanked the lady for her help and told her I will not pay a cent for no sim swop because this is not my fault.. You debit R1032 with a charge included of R188 for missed direct debit what nonsense is that. I have not revieved a service yet I get debited and still get told to pay extra. I knew from the moment these phones took forever to get to me that there's problems.
