Worst service ever!

I upgraded January 2020, I expected the Microsoft Office parcel to be delivered at least within two weeks. With many calls made to Vodacom and RAM I was still unsuccessfull in getting the parcel delivered. This is outrageous, especially that I basically never have signal anywhere, I still stuck with Vodacom. Yet again I was disappointed in the service and the service recovery I received. I spent my own airtime to call around to find out what is going on, with no proper feedback. On Friday I contacted Vodacom again, only to find out that RAM had returned my parcel to Vodacom, instead of delivering the package to myself.
