WORST SERVICE EVER AND ITS NOT EVEN A COMPLAINT BUT A NEW DEAL !

Its been 4 days that i am trying to do a laptop contract, after i was phoned from the vodacom marketing that offered me a laptop at R249 per month, i accepted the offer more then a week ago and had to go to a vodacom store just to be informed that they cannot process the application as there is a pending quote that i first need to cancel al Makro centurion, i did all that i phoned the vodacom consultant to notify them its been cancelled. They phoned me this morning to say they are offline for the next 2 days and cannot assist me, this is absolute worst service i ever got, at least i did not sign anything yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
