Worst Service Ever after Being a Client for years

I went into the Liberty Midlands store on the 29th December where I upgraded my mums cellphone contract ( currently on my name) . The phone that I signed for was an iphone SE 16 gb at a charge of R299 p/m. I was told by the consultant Jermain that the phone would have to be ordered and would arrive when the warehouse openen in Jan. On Tuesday, the 10th January , I got a call from the store which I missed. Jermain left a massage saying that there is a glitch on the upgrade and I need to call him back. I called twice on Tuesday and twice on Wednesday. In both instances leaving a message for him to call me back. He did eventually call today, Thursday, to say that apparently, the warehouse said that Apple is no longer making the 16gb but he has kept a 64gb for me at a higher cost of R380 and do I want it. In desperation and because me mum requires a phone urgently , I had no choice but to say ok.. I reside in Cape Town while my mum resides in Pietermaritzburg,In my opinion this is such poor customer service.. How can you sign for something that Vodacom promises , then does not deliver.. We are now forced to take something that was not requested at a higher price.. now, after 2 weeks!!!!
