Worst service ever

Once again Vodacom has failed us. After being promised refunds on the returned items we have been told no refund will be done. NO cancellations has been done as was confirmed to us. Even though we did all that was requested from us we still received the same R7 000 account for this month. This is the worst service we have ever received in all the years we have been with Vodacom.
