WORST SERVICE EVER

I blacklisted my phone 12/4/23 because I fought it was ******, I got it back the same day phone Vodacom to unblack list my phone send paper to them on the same day 12/4/23 to unblack list my phone. Waited 48 ours nothing happened went to Voda shop kolonade, wonderboom juction x2 I phoned the 082135 25 from the 16/4/23 to the 25/4/23 time to try and find out why my phone doesn't pick up the Vodacom signal they could not assist me. Wonder boom junction Vodacom shop they confirm my phone was broken and that I must take my phone to Hatfield Vodacom to be fix on the 25/4/23 they booked my phone in the next they I received a message my phone is fix when I went to pick up my phone they confirm my phone is still black listed they then send a request to the head office so on Thursday when I opened my phone again still no signal I phoned 082135 they confirm they didn't open my phone so the lady send I request again. I have been with Vodacom for 20 years this is the worst service ever and every time I call, they just say sorry but still my debit order went of.
