Worst service ever
Terrible service from vodacom upgrades. Online system not working since Saturday. Phoned in and spoke to numerous agents in numerous departments and no one are able or willing to assist. Was even treated like a child by the last agent I spoke to. After being a customer for years and getting this kind of service is really something to be ashamed of. But I guess as long as I am paying my account they can do as they please.

26 Jun 2025, 20:21And so the bad service continue. They do not even care enough to try and get a resolve. Based on this service I will not advise anyone to use Vodacom. The tried phoning once and unfortunately I was not available to take the call. They said they would phone back. 2 days later and nothing, not that I expected anything better.
