worst service ever
worst service ever!!!! the agents and managers have no idea what they are doing. i logged a ticket with vodacom on monday which they requested metro fiber to come check, metro fiber fixed the error and changed the OT box. now Vodacom needs to configure the new box to my fiber line they are now telling me it will take 72 hours!! how when the ticket was logged n monday today monday again seven days later!!! i spoke to Neliswa matiwsne the girl is clueless and doesn’t know how to read logged tickets. the manager chaeln molms couldn’t even be bothered to attend to my query. Terrible service.

14 Jan 2025, 11:13no one has contacted me till now. the ticket that was logged is now out of turnaround time which was supposed to be 24 to 48 hours and my fiber is still not restored. how hard is it to configure the new ont box to my fiber. this is ridiculous service. Pamela the manager said she would call me yesterday she till has not called me.

14 Jan 2025, 11:19every agent i call to speak to keeps changing the turnaround time. this is absolutely ridiculous!!! when you hold the line wanted to speak to a manager the managers are “always in another manager call”. pathetic service honestly

14 Jan 2025, 21:07Honestly speaking Vodacom keeps failing me. the agent called and promised to call again at 4pm. till now the guy has not called me back. what kind of service is this though. i had to drop everything i was doing to ensure that im at home at 4pm only for the agent to not call me back!! i can’t wait to terminate this contract because the service is non existent!!!!!
