WORST SERVICE EVER

Wish there were no stars. Worse service I ever had from a company. My fibre router was delivered nearly 2 months ago. My installation is still not done. Every time I phone they tell me the installation people is in a meeting. They will phone me back which of cause, they never did. I cancelled my contract and told them to come and fetch their router. Let's see how long that will take.
