WORST SERVICE EVER

I write this review with the biggest disappointment. close to two years now I've been begging vodacom to write off my account as paid off with trans union. every time I make contact with vodacom I am told that I will be called back and all I get is a paid up letter sent via email. Can someone fix this issue because my bond application just got declined because of a vodacom enquiry from 2015.
