Worst service ever
Took out a contract online. Got approved. A week back they phoned me saying they are releasing the phone to me.
After the waiting period I phoned them to fond out why it is taking so long just for them to tell me everything has been cancelled.
Phoned customer care.... Nobody has any idea of what is going on. How terrible.
