WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>on the 14th of April, my wife booked her phone in for repairs at a vodacom shop in klersdorp( city mall).</p> <p>The phone came back not repaired (quote unaswered), the store did not make her aware that there is a qoute on the repair. She paid the quotation around the end of april and the phone was supposed to be sent back to vodacom repairs... We called vodacom repairs two weeks later and they said the never recieved. We went to the store and they sent the phone in... we recieved a new job number on the 19th of may. The handset was returened not repaired again because Quinton (store manager) did not attach my proof of payment. The phone was sent in again and we recieved the 3rd Job number on the 10th of June. We recieved a call on the 22nd of June from the store saying that our phone is Beyond Economical Repair and they are not going to fix it. We've been with vodacom for two decades and this is by far the wors service ever. Why give a quote then turn around and say the phone cant be repaired two months later? what kind of service is this?</p>
