Worst service ever
Guys Vodacom service is the worst thus far. On the 25 March 2019 I received an sms saying my account was deducted with R600 vodacom. I immediately called and found out someone opened a contract **********ly. They said they are in the case and will not deduct in April. Came April 25 they deducted R1350, I called in again they said I should be refund ASAP. Now they telling me that I have to wait 14 business days before I can be refunded. What is this called 2 months later still I’m waiting. Worst service ever
