Worst service ever

I app**** for a home load three weeks ago. Found out Vodacom Blacklisted me for something from 15 years ago and said I am 6 months in arrears.

I have now endlessly tried to get someone to take my money and every time I call them they say a letter has been sent. They then said I need to email ********** which I did multiple times but still nothing happened.

So now we will be going to evey media source I can find to see if they respond

And true to form Vodacom made promises about contacting me and so on and guess what... nothing happens... They are the worst company in the world to ask for something... they are quick to take you money if you want a contract but after that nothing happens... I will tell every person I come in contact with to never ever use Vodac9m for anything WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD TO DEAL WITH!!!

Amazing... after days of trying Vodacom has still not gotten back to me... On public forums they promise to contavt but nothimg ever happens. What is worse I am not even trying to fight them over the alleged money I am trying to pay them... BUT THEY REFUSE TO HELP SO I AM BLACKLISTED INDEFINATELY BECAUSE THEY ALSO REFURE TO UPDATE ITC AFTER 15 YEARS!

And still no word from them. Wonder if getting lawyers involved will help. Then we can find out if it is legal to blacklist someone 15 years after the fact

So I finally got a responce... Just to be told they will get back to my I have to wait some more.... BIG SURPRISE I would rather stab myself in the eye with a s**** than do business with Vodacom EVER AGAIN

And so another day goes by and still NOTHING.... I implore everyone to rather go anywhere else but Vodacom. They are the worst
