worst service ever

The worst service you can get will be from likeminds who is the online orders department of vodacom. Been going back and forth for 4 months to get an upgrade done. Received 2 faulty phones of no fault to them but they took 3 weeks to collect them and swop the device. After dealing with 4 managers and the escalations manager they can still not keep to their word. Spent over R1000 in phone calls over the past 4 month to resolve the problem and they just dont care to respond. I would like vodacom to cancel all my dealings with them and ill go to the competition and make everyone i know aware of this poor service and horrible attitudes
