Worst service ever

I took out 2 contract with Vodacom on the 29june 2015 and Shalene confirm that they had stock and would deliver the next day.the following day I called to follow up on the delivery and was told that they don't have stock. Why do you advertise something that you don't have stock of. I got a call yesterday from ester kgasi saying that they will deliver the phone today. after calling them today, I was told by Denzil that there is not manger available to take my call and that there is no way I will get the phone today. Vodacom is this how you treat your potential clients...If this is how I get treated, then I will stay with my existing service provider.
