Worst Service Ever!

My grandmother wanted to get a laptop on contract from voda&IC.we were deciding on different ones. Nonhlanhla told us that both were R400 on a 1gig contract . so we decided to take an HP. And afer about 3 days it made Noises and were told its faulty.so I decided another brand.where I was then told by dedrik it would take 2 days to get the new Laptop and that the laptop would now cost R440 from Nonhlanhla. So when I confronted the sales rep about the change of price.She said that she told us its R440.Having heard it myself with a witness it was a bit of a slap in the face basicly telling us that were lieing . and another problem it was needed asap.and my grandnother fell sick she doesnt didnt have the strength to go back.were were then told its fine ,the old documents will be used. Two days later i was told i could come.i just need a letter stating i could sign for my granmother.i was upset because that wasnt what i was told. So i drove home ,got the letter and went back. i was then turned away saying they would call me when everything would be done .a week later im being told that my mother doesnt qualify for a contract anymore. And that it never should have been approved. <br>
