Worst service ever

I am a client of Vodacom for many years with a few contracts. I have no 3G coverage in area. Technicians solved the issue that they cannot provide service but contracts can be cancelled as they cannot provide coverage. It has now been weeks to ask for cancellation. Each time a new reference is given with a message consultant will assist within 24 hours. Vodacom truely sucks!!!!! It's all promises and no assistance whatsoever.
