Worst service ever!

I was on a payment holiday, now my account have been suspended without any communication or notice, the payment holiday was only for 3 months but after that they decided not to debit as per usually, so now my account is suspended. why did you not resume debiting now i had to suffer because of someone not doing their jobs. i cant make calls or whatsapp. this is the worst service provider ever.
