WORST SERVICE EVER!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Vodacom has no idea what customer service means. Having been a loyal customer for the last 10 years I'm going to cancel all my contracts as they end. I struggled for months with a simple upgrade because of *********** staff errors. When I complained about it I was given some Data, as if I don't already have enough. When I finally got upgraded, my new phones cameras didn't work. Now I have to wait 3 months + to get my NEW phone repaired! They also can not give me a phone to use in the meantime cause they don't have stock...Seriously? They have a don't care attitude towards their customers. I am done with Vodacom. Don't ever take out a contract with them. Their after sale service is terrible. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!
