WORST Service EVER!!

My cellphone has been with Vodacom Repairs Services Centre for almost 8 weeks now! And it is still not fixed!! It was reviewed and check in store at the Menlyn Vodacom Services Branch that the issue with my Cellphone was NOT the battery as my Cellphone still switches on and off continuously AND overheats to the point of burning my ear! We've even smelt the smell of melting plastic!!!

This was all brought to the attention of the service centre staff who also make you wait more than 20 minutes for a service call even while no one has a Client in front of them!!

However after all of this, the so called professional Service Technicians in the Head Office STILL say its my battery when it isn't!! And they still want me to pay almost R500 for a new one when it DOES NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM!

My Cellphone is under warranty till September this year, they have a policy in their store advertised that they do in warranty cellphone replacements, but this option has not even been offered to me yet, I'm actually wonder if they are going to stall and keep my cellphone and spin stories that it is my battery until September so that they don't have to replace my Cellphone or fix it so that it actually works!!

And they can't understand why i'm so frustrated!? Really? Im yet to talk to someone who actually knows what is going on and can give me a more educated answer besides saying "Mam, its the battery...blah, blah, blah....."

They put their own new battery in my cellphone to check and my cellphone still did the SAME THING! So what does it tell you Mr. Professionals??? ITS NOT THE BATTERY!!!

Please can someone who actually knows how to fix a cellphone or how to do an in warranty cellphone replacement PLEASE call me, this is the MOST pathetic service I've ever experienced!!!
