Worst service ever

<p>So I wrote a complaint on hello peter and received no feedback from vodacom...i take my time to call customer service again and I'm told the same story every time. According to them, me using the phone i use I should be prone to the fact that both my airtime and my data will disappear all the time. What type of service are you serving? </p>
