WORST SERVICE EVER

I have never in my life met such lazy unhelpful staff in any bussiness as there are in the Vodacom Shops.

I went on Friday 16th to Vodacom shop L093 in Greenstone to do an upgrade and at the same time a new tab contract. I already have 4 contracts with Vodacom and have been with them since they started. Not once have they ever not received my payment but such a mission to get a tiny data contract thats less than R200 per month.

A woman by the name of Savannah served me, very laxy daisy - chatting to all her colleagues while busy with me and other customers walking by. Absolutely no interest in me the customer. Did not even explain the different Tab offers I could choose from as I needed something simple for my 84 year old mother that merely plays word games on it.

While serving me the systems apparently froze - I had received a pin for a contract but not the vetting message. I then get told that I have to come back when the system is up as the vetting was rejected. Savannah was to call me over the weekens to advise when I should come in. Well low and behold I just got home and received an sms from Vodacom that my quotation has been processed. I still waited for Savanna to call me as I was not prepared to waste my time if systems were still a problem. WELL true to Vodacom service SHE did NOT bother calling me. I decided to pop into the shop on Monday to find out the progress of my requirement. I walk into the shop and get told by Savanna that the system was down and they had problems all weekend - which I must say I doubt or Vodacom would have lost a load of bussiness as it is the festive season. She said not to worry everything is sorted out I must come back the next day. I advised her that I had noted there were other tab contracts available ans that swhe must change the one she had loaded for me to the one I felt more suitable. SHJe assured me this would be done and to come back the next day everything will be ready. I then go back once again on the Tuesday (day 3 at vodacom) The shop is so full of people and I am given a ticket to wait. By this time I am irrate. I walk up to Savanna as she is taking her time with as usual chatting to coleagues while servicing a customer, I ask her if she has my order and had she changed it as I requested. I am told all sorted but I must wait. I had a lot to do and asked that if I came back the next day (Day 4 at vodacom) could she please have allready for me to just walk in collect and leave as I cannot spend hours again in the shop. I was assured - NO PROBLEM all will be done.

I returned Yesterday 20/12/2016 at 17.10 to find that Savanna is not in and it took another staff member ages to find the paperwork - he still only found one sheet of the 5 I had filled in and signed of Friday the 16th Dec. By now I am totally frustrated. I then get told she did NOT do anything and had NOT done the changes I had requested. The whole process had to start again and the initial quote had to be cancelled on the system and a new one raised - once again - by the time this was done GUESS what - rejected and the reason is OH the department that does the vetting is closed - come back tomorrow im told. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I was at the Vodacom Shop at 17.15 and left at 19.30. Another waste of time, and energy. I intend ensuring that the 4 contracts I have at Vodaom do not EVER get renewed and I WILL find a service provider with more competent staff
