Worst service ever!

I've been a Vodacom client for a good couple of years now and over the years, I've had a few problems with them in regards to service and the way they disclose information.
Most recently Vodacom put thru a debit order on a bank account of mine that they should not even have the details of on a date that I would never have authorized it on. After getting an automated call telling me that I must pay my arrear account, that is now R100 more than I usually pay, I phoned the call centre.
While holding the line to speak with an agent I took a look at my Vodacom account.
They debited me on 16/11/2016, saw that there was no funds available, fined me R100 because the debit order did not go thru, saw they made a mistake and that I'm a cash paying customer. Then they went ahead credited my account as well as my bank account.
When speaking to the second or third person I was informed that the made a mistake and I should pay back the amount they paid into my bank acc. I asked about the fine and the banking fees I now have because of them and was informed that I only have to pay the amount they credited me with, but nithing was mentioned about the banking fees. I requeste a copy of the call, as their calls are all recorded for quality or training purposes. She said I have to request it from the customer care centre. After holding the line for another 20 to 30 min I was informed I need to fill in a request form and that wilk e-mail it to me but it might take up to 48 hours. Waited and after the mentioned time called again. Was informed then I have so speak to their legal department, got put thru and was cut off. Called again and was then informed that I would need a court order to get the requested copies, but that his manager, that just walked out, would be taking a look at everything and get back to me by call or e-mail. Till today nothing and my account is still in arrears with about R24 that I took off for my banking fees, and they've gone ahead and used the accumulated extra money that I pay every month to cover their fees.
Vodacom is a big fish, and us little fish don't stand a chance to defend ourselves when stuff like this happens. I might not be able to get the copies I wanted, and have a right to, as a court order can cost anything from R10 000-00 to R50 000-00 depending in the amount of time it takes to get it, but I'll be sure that everyone I come in contact with will know how Vodacom conducts their business.
