Worst Service Ever

3 months ago i changed from vodacom contract to prepaid and yet for the following 2 months until the 31st of October, Vodacom was still debiting my account and each time I call and inquire, would be told the following month this would stop but it didn't. Finally on the 31st of October, I woke up and after making a call, my cell came up with a network coverage message and it would not work. Went to Vodacom Randpark Ridge and as a new store, they assisted and called customer services and was asked to switch my cell off and by the next day I was on line again.

On Friday the 4th, I noticed I could not make outgoing calls or send sms, but my internet was working fine, whatsup and facebook connected me okay. Called 111 and was told my case was escalated to legal and should call the next morning to find out why as I was not owing. Called the next day and some lady said she would synchronise my phone and call me back after 15mins. When my cell came back on, I could not make calls again, no network coverage message apearing again.

I called 111 on Monday and they said I had international roaming so would disable this and I must reset my cell of which I did but it still did not work. I was told this would be escalated to some technician to assist and I left my email address to be contacted on as I was in training. Tuesday, my cell is still not working. I call and I am told they would synchronise my cell again and they have noticed that my emails have been disabled and so would enable them. they tried but all stayed on Pending so this would be escalated and I would be called back or emailed back on responces. I never received any feed back. Called Wednesday and was eventually put through to a manager, Bonnie Moneya who asked me to follow the same tests I have been asked and my cell still failed to work and she said AGAIN she would escalate it to techncians and she ttok my email details but I never received any feedback. On Thursday I called and I was told all contracts that have changed to prepaid are having issues and it would be looked into and I would receive feedback. Today is Friday, i have not recieved any feedback from Vodacom and I called again and was told my cell was on contract by some rude agent. I asked for a manager and was finally put throug to Kgomotso who also was not very helpful asking me what did I expect them to do?

I have wasted a week of being unable to do anything on my cell and I need this to be active daily. I have been with Vodacom for over 10 years with this number and I am greatly DISGUSTED at their POOR SERVICE. Does Vodacom know how much money we loose by just a minute of being off line?

I will tell al my friends to rather go to TELKOM than use VODACOM because they will be wasting their time, energy and rescources with uch a useless service provider.
