Worst service ever.

I was one of the unlucky people who's contract was migrated to Vodacom when Altech Autopage stopped providing the service. When I upgraded to the the smart S contract with Altech Autopage, they had a special deal where you get 500mb data extra a month (on top of the standard 200mb as per the Smart S plan) if you upgraded in that perticular month. However with the migration of the contract to Vodacom the additional 500mb (free) just dissapeared. When I queried this with Vodacom, I got the standard reply: We'll get back to you! Needless to say this NEVER happened. Resulting in me having to purchase additional data every month. So came the time for the upgrade of my phone at the end of May. I did not have the time to do this and eventually got a call from Vodacom's upgrades department(??) in Sandton saying that this can be done telephonically. I thought at the time, that it was very covenient and agreed to the conversation. I was a little frustrated that the lady who phoned me could not answer any of my questions without consulting a colleague everytime. Eventually the colleague just took over the call. I specifically said on numerous occassions that I want to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy J5 phone (colour GOLD) (please Vodacom go listen to the recording of that conversation!!!), after every possible alternative was offered to me, which I declined (upgrade ref# ********** 6). The sales person told me that they might not have it in stock and would have to order that specific model. I mentioned that I don't mind waiting a week or so longer as that was the SPESIFIC phone I wanted. Low and behold when more than a week later the courier arrives, it is with the wrong phone ... a WHITE SAMSUNG GALAXY J3!!!! Heaven knows why they even bother to ask you what you want and record the conversation if they are going to select randomly whatever they want to give you??? So my next step was to phone customer care, where I held on for a good five minutes, only to be told they can not assist me but will transfer me to the right department. Another 5 minutes of holding on, when the very unfriendly lady answered I gave her a brief explanation and she just said: You're at the wrong department!! Phone ********** (thank you customer care!!). So I phoned again, held on for 10 minutes this time, and finally a gentleman answered. I explained that the courier deliver the wrong phone and got my favouritre reply: I'll look into it and I'll phone you back. Needless to say, that also did not happen!! So what do I do now??
