Worst Service ever

<p>I took out a laptop contract from Vodacom in February 2016. 26 February i returned the laptop as it wasnt working. Vodacom kept on billing me for the laptop which i refused to pay. Every month since then, i continued to pay my cellphone contract and the second week of that month, they cut my service due to my account being in arrears with the laptop contract amount.</p> <p>i have to phone Vodacom customer care and explain the situation to numerous people before they unlock my account.</p> <p>today, the same thing happens, and no one seems to be the wiser. keep transferring me from one department to the other.</p> <p>i also contacted Vodashop where i initially took out the contract and the consultant who is assisted me was on leave and the lady who assisted me had the audacity to tell me that there is nothing she can do, i must phone the customer care nr.</p> <p>i am so frustrated and just want to cancel all ties with Vodacom and they cant even help me with that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really frustrated as i need my cellphone for work purposes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom used to be the best service provider with the best customer service but it has dropped to a ZERO.</p>
