Worst Service Ever

<p>EC-044L-2D2JUV Ref: ********** 1 - G Evans - Customer Name</p> <p>My mother's phone has been sent to several technicians at Vodashop Brooklyn. She would go to Vodashop in Brooklyn to complain about the phone in order for them to send the phone for repairs. Eventually she requested for the phone to be replaced because even their own technicians called it a "Dud". When she requested for the phone to be replaced, she handed in the phone to them and since then she has been getting a run around of note from the the store manager to customer service and vodacom repair escalations. She is requesting for her phone to be completely replaced and would like to have it done as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
