Worst service delivery ever

I've called numerous times. I've emailed numerous times. I've been to the local voda shop several ti.es and I have yet to get confirmation that my internet services are cancelled. I get no signal or connection in my area. Vodacom Is fully aware of this but the lack of service and professionalism is shocking. It's absolutely disgusting how vodacom treats it's clients. I'm disgusted and fristrated

What useless information. Is given to me and my cancelation is still not processed. As stated earlier the calibre of staff employed at vodacom is pathetic. Unprofessional and useless. Transfer one drop to another. All I want is the contract terminated and my account credited. Ashley called yesterday and promised to send me a confirmation ref that the contract has been terminated. I'm still waiting. You all should be terminated. Useless bunch of oxygen *******
