Worst Service

Where do I start... I changed my package (on 2 contracts) effective from 1 June 2021.

On 2 June 2021 (only 2 days into my new package) both my lines was blocked. It is now 17 days later, and still having issues with this problem.

Some days the phone will only work for a few hours, and now again it has been off for more than 48 hours. If I phone 082135, I do request that the lines must be unblocked and explain everything, some days to only be on the phone approx 60min. From the call centre to a team leader/supervisor. Everyone do see the problem... But no one resolves it. There was an Invoice generated (wrongly) on the 12 May 2021, of approx R7000 for my handset, although the handset is still charged on my monthly invoices. I believe the person that assisted me when I changed my packages to be effective from 1 June, was *********** and generated that invoice. Since the 2nd of June, my lines was blocked 20x (with a sms YOUR CREDIT LIMIT BAR HAS BEEN ACTIVATED) Last week the call centre agent even laughed and said I must not be surprised should it happen again. Some say the credit note of the invoice takes 3 days, other says it takes up to 2 weeks. We are now at day 17? I receive reference numbers, and sms'es, but nothing gets finalized.

Worst of all, I have Covid, and been in insolation. I CAN NOT EVEN USE MY PHONE SHOULD I NEED TO CALL AN AMBULANCE/DOCTOR/FAMILY MEMBER. I had to phone Vodacom and have a fight for 60mins to have my lines unblocked, before I could phone the pharmacy to deliver my medication. I am fed up!!!!!!

Secondly, Vodacom needs to compensate me for both my invoices for June, it was new packages that I am still not able to use, as the lines has been more off than on.

I had to organise an additional prepaid sim card with airtime to make sure I can contact any one in case of emergency because Vodacom is unreliable.

I await URGENT response, as my phone is again off for the last 2 days.
